    Duets are a phenomenal way for couples to spend more time together and find out who in fact is a better listener, who might be a little more competitive and best of all who can remember the names of the exercises. Besties also benefit from a weekly duet and a post pilates coffee date.

  • Group Classes

    Group classes will have a maximum of 5 people to keep things in control, safe and advancing. Bring your grippy socks, focus, and good energy and let the good times roll! Group classes will have levels to help keep the integrity of the class, as consistent groups advance together so will the level of the class.
